More Than A Vineyard

In the heart of the Jerez area, northwest of the province of Cádiz, the Robyn Vineyards concentrate the purest essence of Atlantic Andalusia. A privileged territory where sunlight and ocean breezes coexist in a landscape of soft albariza earth hills.

It is here where the roots of our vineyards, almond and olive trees sink. Viñedos Robyn is more than just a winery – it’s a living, breathing estate where nature thrives in harmony with our passion for winemaking. Beyond the vines, our land is a diverse and vibrant ecosystem that reflects our commitment to sustainability, tradition, and holistic farming.

Our Passion...

We are a Spanish – American family embarked on an inspiring project to transform a property into a unique agricultural haven. Nestled in Jerez de la Frontera, our vineyard is home to seven carefully chosen grape varietals.

From these, we craft distinctly special premium wines, each reflecting our passion and the terroir’s character.

We delight in unlocking the potential of our unique terroir, cultivating both local and rare grape varieties in the prized ‘Albariza’ soil of Andalusia.

By collaborating with master enologists, we craft exceptional wines designed to elevate life’s cherished moments.

Our dedication extends beyond the vineyard. We nurture olive groves, almond orchards, and a vibrant array of fruit trees, vegetables, and herbs. This diverse ecosystem not only enriches our daily lives but also inspires the artisanal products we lovingly create on our estate.

At Viñedos Robyn, we cultivate seven carefully chosen grape varietals, each contributing to our distinctive wine portfolio:

Tintilla de Rota

Native to the region of Andalusia and a relatively rare variety that almost disappeared in the 20th century, it is known for producing a deep color, complex aroma and full bodied.

Malbec

Originally from France and now strongly associated to Argentina, one of the few vineyards in Southern Spain developing this grape, the dark fruity and often described as velvety is characterized as a medium bodied wine

Pinot Noir

A varietal originating from France’s Burgundy region, this notoriously difficult grape to grow is known for producing light to medium bodied wines with delicate flavors typically exhibiting flavors of red fruit and earthy tones.

Petit Verdot

A red wine variety often used in small quantities to add structure and complexity to the mix, originating in Bordeaux but gaining popularity across Spain, Australia and United States, it is known for a deep color, strong aromas of black fruit and spices as well as late ripening characteristics.

Syrah

This grape originating from the Rhone Valley of France is most widely grown in Australia (shiraz) is known for its bold flavors and ability to age well with a deep purple to inky black color with black fruit and peppery aromas as well as flavor typically full-bodied wines whose style can vary depending on climate.

Chardonnay

This is a white wine varietal known for its versatility and style that is highly adaptable to different climates and techniques. The color is pale yellow to golden with aromas of apple, pear and citrus. Flavor trends to green apple, lemon, pineapple and peach. May have buttery or oak undertones depending on the winemaking process.

Palomino

A light skinned grape variety primarily grown in the region of Jerez and used in the production of sherry wines, the grape is known for its neutral flavor that allows it to take on special characteristics in the winemaking process. They develop dry crisp wines with subtle nutty and floral aroma. These wines are elegant and refreshing while also versatile.

Beyond the Vines

As you explore our estate, you’ll find more than meticulously cultivated grapevines. We’re home to ancient olive trees whose fruits produce our artisanal olive oils, orchards bursting with fresh, sun-ripened fruits, and vegetable gardens that provide a bounty of seasonal produce. Aromatic herbs fill the air, a nod to the natural flavors that enhance both our wines and farm-fresh fare.

Our land is also a haven for animals. Free-range chickens roam the grounds, contributing to the health of our soil, while horses add a pastoral charm, embodying the spirit of our estate’s harmony with nature.

At Viñedos Robyn, we believe that everything is interconnected – the vines, the land, and the animals all work together to create a balanced ecosystem. Every element plays a role in the care we put into each bottle of wine, extending far beyond the vineyard itself. Our estate is a place where the land provides not just wine, but a way of life rooted in sustainability and respect for nature.
